How to make gingerbread by yourself.

Mother-In-Law Gingerbread recipe.

Constitutive Parts:
0,5 l syrup
1teaspoon(ts) cinnamon
1ts pepper
0,5ts carnation
0,5ts ginger
200 g butter
200 g sugar
1 egg
0,5 kg 35% cream
1,5 - 2 tl cooking soda
about 0,5 kg white flour
Preparation
1. Heat seasoning in syrup and then cool.
2. Froth butter with sugar, mix egg and frosted syrup, cream and flour with cooking soda.
3. Stamp dough and keep it until next day in fridge.
4. Roll dough to 3mm thin, form gingerbreads and bake in 382°F(200°C) in the oven about seven minutes.
5. Decorate with frosting.
